Shipping is from USA. Standard production time for orders is 2-14 days. Rush orders are available by special request and may incur additional handling charges for production as well as expedited shipping. Orders are sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx with insurance and delivery confirmation with all orders that are sent via non-rush shipping. Shipping Charges will apply to your order.Express shipping is available upon request and will incur additional charges.

PROCESSING TIME :

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Our company handcrafts all products within 3 DAYS, to 6 WEEKS, depending on if it is in stock or a custom order. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Venmo and Company Checks are all accepted forms of payment. Order will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared through bank.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Because of their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

ShacklesBreak.org is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Shipping Cost calculations:

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Timeline:

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 3 DAYS, 6 WEEKS to be handmade.

RETURNS:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Blessings@ShacklesBreak.org

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Special orders or custom color combinations placed with ShacklesBreak.org are non-refundable and a deposit must be paid before manufacture commences.

Orders are sent via USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation with all wholesale orders that are sent via non-rush shipping. Shipping Charges will apply to your order. UPS, FedEx, international and express shipping are available upon request and will incur additional charges.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact blessings@ShacklesBreak.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
